Major Product quality and development

Part-time Bachelor’s degree studies in Product quality and development enable students to acquire the competencies required to shape and assess the quality of products and processes related to their life cycle in accordance with defined market requirements and principles of sustainable development.
The curriculum includes courses in product quality development, product marketing, quality management, and environmental impact assessment. Students can identify the needs and preferences of market participants, use modern marketing communication instruments in shaping relations with the environment, evaluate the quality and safety of products, analyse their life cycle and impact on the environment, and use tools typical of systemic quality, environment, and safety management.
Classes in the form of lectures, project classes and laboratory classes are conducted by experienced lecturers and business practitioners. In class, students work individually or in teams.
As part of Bachelor’s degree studies in Product quality and development, students choose subjects tailored to their own preferences and interests in areas such as product design and commercialization, system quality management, innovative solutions in manufacturing processes consistent with assumptions of a sustainable economy, as well as shaping and assessing the quality of products.
